Candidate must be well versed in managing Facebook, Instagram & Twitter content.
Responsibilities
Managing brand\'s online presence in line with brands\'s identity and image.
Planning and creating engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube.
Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company\'s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and improve marketing and sales efforts.
Monitoring, tracking, analysing and report on performance on social media platforms.
Facilitating all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the brand and ensure a positive customer service experience. Responding to queries in a timely manner.
Undertaking audience and trend research and evaluation. Be up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
Analysing competitor activities.
Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency.
