Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications,
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing / Social Media / Digital or equivalent.
Experience in Marketing branding, communications, public relations, advertising, event management, crisis management.
Proficient writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages will be an added advantage.
Multitasking including designing and video editing.
Able to work on alternative weekend.
Able to work in Puchong Area.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for conducting
To plan, manage and develop promotional activity via social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok etc.
Manage customers queries from time to time via various social media platforms
Monitor company\'s digital platform (LAZADA , SHOPEE, WEBSITE) from time to time as to ensure continuous sales prospect.
Help to plan, create, design and manage meaningful product content and other e-commerce activities to increase product
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
