Job Description
MohonKelayakanEducation: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.Experience: Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:Marketing:
- Marketing campaign and brand activation.
- Digital and retail marketing.
- Content writing and creation.
- Leads traffic management.
- Customer service.
- Managing and optimizing online stores (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, website).
- Launching shopping campaigns (e.g., festive promotions).
- Graphic design and video editing.
- Product technical drawing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and adaptable mindset.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms.
- Process orders, update statuses, and handle logistics.
- Plan and execute online and retail marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage content for digital and offline platforms.
- Oversee leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Create high-quality videos, photographs, and graphics.
