Job Description


: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Plan and optimize media buying strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including ATC rate, IC rate, and Conversion rate. Utilize data analysis tools, such as Supermetrics, to gather and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Integrate marketing efforts with Shopify platform, leveraging data insights to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce. Monitor and report on the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and threats to inform strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with external partners, including media agencies and ad tech vendors, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms. Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Supermetrics, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager, to track and measure campaign performance. Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and knowledge of key metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation in performance marketing. Job Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in a related field. At least 1 year of solid experience in a Digital Marketing role or equivalent. Experience working in a digital marketing and advertising company is an advantage. Basic experience in executing and managing ads across various channels, such as Facebook, TikTok, and SEM, is a bonus. Strong understanding of marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and SMS. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Basic skills and experience in ad creative and copywriting. Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
