• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital ads, content creation, and e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms and best practices in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ Facebook Pixel/ SEO/ SEM/ Split testing/ CRM/ sales funnels, etc.
• Proven experience in creating compelling social media content (posters, videos, etc.).
• Expertise in product branding and sales optimization through digital channels.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in an advertising agency is a bonus.
• Must be willing to work in Subang Damai.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Create and optimize ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and others.
• Design and produce engaging content for social media, including posters, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Enhance product branding and boost sales through effective e-commerce strategies.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Manage and grow online communities and engagement across social media platforms.
• Build, manage, and maintain our e-commerce platform such as product listing and ads to ensure the targeted sales for every products.
• Control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
• Assist team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
