JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE 1. Manage, brainstorm, build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. 2. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. 3. Stay abreast with best practice of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and share insights with the rest of the team. 4. Allocate specific budgets to each marketing role and divide the marketing campaigns over a period of time and among the marketing team. 5. Oversee all the company\'s social media and ads accounts, including websites, mobile apps, email and CRM software. 6. Handling and monitoring branding matters, including Icons, Influencers and Ambassador. 7. Manage all digital marketing channels, measuring ROI and KPIs. 8. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. 9. Forecast sales performance trends. 10. Collection and interpretation of data from various marketing campaigns and analysis of that data, and provide suggestions for improvement. 11. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. 12. Creating, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding. 13. Identification of trends and communication of these trend insights to the respective groups. 14. Being up to date with new or emerging technologies and use of them to maximize output. 15. Manage and handling periodic measurement of digital marketing performance and evaluation of the performance against goals and other key performance indicators. 16. Conduct research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions. 17. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans. 18. Handling filing and reports. 19. Make "Live" on HQ pages and any other platform according to the schedule that has been set. 20. Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management. Qualification Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/ Professional Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field. Experience At least 1 year experience. Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with web design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company\xe2\x80\x99s success. \xe2\x80\xa2 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time-management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Faith Fleur yang dimiliki oleh CTYMARY Resources Sdn Bhd telah didaftarkan dibawah Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) (1263640-W). Syarikat ini ditubuhkan pada 10 Februari 2017, bertempat di Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom, Selangor dan telah menubuhkan satu lagi cawangan di Bintulu, Sarawak pada awal bulan September 2018. Pengasas kepada produk ini ialah Siti Mariam Binti Abdul Samad Bersama suami beliau iaitu Mohamad Abdul Halim Bin Bahadorisam. Maksud \xe2\x80\x98Faith\xe2\x80\x99 ialah kesetiaan manakala \xe2\x80\x98Fleur\xe2\x80\x99 diambil daripada perkataan Perancis yang bermaksud \xe2\x80\x98bunga\xe2\x80\x99. Faith Fleur ialah syarikat pengeluar produk penjagaan rambut yang terdiri daripada Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Tonic dan Hair Mist. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam produk ini telah mendapat kelulusan daripada pihak Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) dan tidak menggunakan sebarang bahan kimia seperti Paraben, SLS dan Soap. Produk Faith Fleur adalah \xe2\x80\x98halal dan mesra wudhuk\xe2\x80\x99. Selain itu, produk ini membantu menghapuskan kutu, membaiki rambut rosak, melembut dan melembapkan rambut yang kering kusam, mengurangkan keguguran rambut, menghilangkan kelemumur, menghilangkan bau kepam dan busuk. Bukan itu sahaja, produk ini turut membantu masalah uban yang pra-matang dan menggalakkan pertumbuhan rambut dengan membekalkan nutrien yang secukupnya.
