Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and Google My Business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create website & landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements and skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of marketing automation software and tools.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions and measure success.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
Education & Experience
  • A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field is usually required for most digital marketing roles.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google AdWords, and Google Analytics, can demonstrate a candidate\'s expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Require 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
