Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
Manage and maintain social media profiles, including creating content calendars, posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and increase visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g. Facebook Ads), and other online advertising networks.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain communication with customers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various tools and platforms. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for better results.
Identify areas for improvement on our sales.
Manage digital advertising efforts, including display ads, retargeting, and affiliate marketing, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Monitor and manage the online reputation of the brand, addressing customer feedback, reviews, and comments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors\' strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales, design, and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Allocate and manage budgets for various digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least possess Diploma or Degree in Design.
Proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms, have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Can work in team / teamwork.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
