:- -Execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications achieving company goals and targets. -Understand the basic operations of Google, Facebook, ins, Twitter and other promotion backgrounds, and understand the keyword bidding mode of search engines. Information flow advertisement placement User portrait collection optimization. -Responsible for managing the company\'s account management in Google, Facebook, ins, Xhs and other promotion platforms -Plan, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. -Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through Digital Marketing. -Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels -Track, measure and report on the performance (ROIs, KPIs, etc.) of all digital marketing campaigns against goals to Senior Management -Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. -Work with Sales Support to create and maintain global email campaigns within our email marketing/automation platforms. -Work on promotion campaigns and curate on new marketing channels to boost sales. Job Requirements:- -Minimum 1-3 years of international ecommerce experience with proven track-record. -Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce / supply chain or Business relevant. -Familiar with Internet marketing models and create social media ads , and can make corresponding promotion and marketing plans for unfamiliar products. -Ability to work under pressure. -Great team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. -Highly organized, detail oriented and mature. -Highly motivated and self-driven team leader and player. -Strategic and creative thinking abilities. -Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills. -Exhibits positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
