The successful candidate is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing communication strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads for the healthcare and medical aesthetic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies across various channels, including email, social media, print, and online advertising, and events.
• Create and implement engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage the production of marketing materials, including writing, design, and printing, to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand guidelines.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Build relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing communication trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create, develop, and maintain the company website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly online experience.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in marketing, communication, media or relevant discipline
• Prior job experience in digital marketing or in related fields
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, marketing databases, email and social media marketing
• Prior experience in operating websites and marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specially excel and powerpoint
• Goal oriented and customer oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English. Multilingual would be an advantage
• Creative skills to come up with new ideas that captures customer focus
• Ability to coordinate and execute tasks with marketing executive
• Familiarity with new and existing social media platforms and familiarity with SEO marketing techniques
• Remuneration commensurate with experience
