Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Key Responsibilities Create and manage digital marketing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to promote Abaya wear from the Middle East. Continuously monitor and adjust ads to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Utilize graphics tools like Canva for content creation and publish pricing information on graphics. Engage with clients through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messenger, and other social media platforms to provide customer support and address inquiries. Perform sales activities by calling leads, converting them into customers, and driving sales growth. Collaborate with agents to increase sales and commission. Work closely with the boutique to stay updated on inventory status and communicate availability to clients. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales. Certifications in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred. Proven track record in creating effective digital marketing campaigns and optimizing ads for desired results. Proficiency in using graphics tools like Canva or similar software. Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers. Previous experience collaborating with agents or third-party stakeholders. Familiarity with social media platforms and customer engagement strategies.
