Job Description

Content Creation & Editing

Develop compelling content that strengthens brand image, attracts new followers, and actively engages our existing audience. Plan, film, and edit videos that tell cohesive stories for social media platforms. Design and implement visuals, including graphics, animations, and special effects. Edit and refine videos using tools such as CapCut. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.

Social Media Optimization

Oversee and grow presence across multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Threads, and company website. Tailor and optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement. Monitor current trends and integrate relevant ones into content strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas. Support other team initiatives and contribute to group planning sessions. Participate actively in strategic discussions to shape content direction.

Project Management

Effectively manage tasks and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain strong organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities

Contribute to campaign ideation and strategy development. May be involved in scriptwriting and storyboard creation when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fresh graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is highly desirable. Strong creative instincts, curiosity, and the ability to identify trending topics that drive engagement. Knowledge of digital and social media tools for reporting, publishing, and audience listening. Ability to translate conceptual ideas into visual storytelling and meet tight deadlines. A collaborative team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
