Position: Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Korean SpeakerWork Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaWork mode: HybridWorking hour: Standard normal working hourJob Summary:

• MCMs (Media Campaign Manager) are required to create Marketing campaigns for client and communicate with the end clients for any information related to their campaigns.
• Create, monitor and report the campaign details to the clients.
• Interact with the sales team as an when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner.
• Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters.
• Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement.
• Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in International Technical Support /Customer Support preferably in a voice and chat support channels
• Client handling experience for advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile),Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean Language
• Problem Solving and Analytical Aptitude (IQ 100 or above)
• Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation
• Above average excel skills (vlookup, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables)
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and E-Commerce tools preferred
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Actionscript / Javascript preferred
