Job Description

• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization\'s brand and social media strategy.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, animations, and text-based posts, budget planning and content ideation.
• Manage Facebook ads including set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc
• Managing different social media platforms (FB/ IG/ TikTok/ XHS/ Lemon8/ LinkedIn).
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
• Manage SEM/ SEO campaign is a plus.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to increase brand awareness
• Prepare monthly report
• Research and monitors activity of competitors
• Copyright skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) to develop content across all social media platforms.
• Collaborating with the Content Creator & Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are effective for ads.
• Assist in marketing campaign & event activities.
• Handle influencer marketing and event if needed.
• To provide necessary assistance in marketing tasks to team leader.
