-Develop and carry out for the organization integrated marketing and communications strategy across a variety of platforms and duties (social media, email marketing, live and virtual events, etc.).
-Liable for developing the digital strategy, planning, carrying it out, optimizing it, and measuring and reporting on it throughout the digital platform of the firm.
-Organize the material that your company, event, or campaign posts across all social media channels, including as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and your website.
-Regulate the information that your company, event, or promotion posts on our third-party platforms, such as Carlist, Mudah.my, and others.
-Research, preparation of briefs, competitive analysis, internal reporting, creative trafficking and reviews, manager of creator campaigns, better social posting, social calendar management, and copywriting.
-Collaborate together to organize and improve strategies and initiatives with cross-functional teams (Events, Marcom, Marketing, Designer).
-Planning and financial management of all digital marketing initiatives.
-Track and report on the effectiveness of every digital marketing effort, and compare results to objectives (ROI and KPIs)
-Identify patterns and insights, and, depending on the findings, optimize spending and performance.
-Contribute to plans for digital marketing, brand strategies, fresh ideas, and brand direction.
-Establish fresh, original growth plans for the collection of diverse branding and marketing materials.
-Collaborating with the video production team, to develop fresh, imaginative ideas for seasonal and KOL videos.
-Track and keep an eye on the success of the photo shooting division.
Requirements
-At least with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in Marcom (B2C), digital specialist, content creation & equipped with the ability to execute integrated marketing programs.
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms.
-Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Passion for branding, design and up-to-date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
