Job Description

Job Responsibility Conceptualize, plan and execute social media post calendar and planning for upcoming content. Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across digital placements such as Search, Display, Mobile and Social to maintain online brand presence, drive new user acquisition, retention, lead generation etc. based on trend and insights. Design campaigns and user segments strategies based on consumer lifecycle to achieve campaign objectives, track campaign results and make improvements in consequence by improving the design / content and user experience. Monitor regularly on competitors via social media sites and create competitor s analysis reports. Review, analyze data, deploy and prepare reports to assess engagement, and other trends in order to gauge the success of various social campaigns with Google Analytics and other tracking methods to identify trends, insights for areas of improvement to maximize spend and performance. Stay up-to-date on best practices with various Digital Marketing Channel and work across the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all brand activities succeed and improve continuously. Collaborate with agencies, key online leaders (KOL) and influencers for advertisement and promotion purposes. Oversee and/or improve the existing digital platforms Ensure all promotions, campaigns and projects fulfilled within timeline schedule and SEO optimise posts for blogs, youtube editted videos, tiktok videos schedule and optimise email marketing Ground activation to increase brand awareness using social media Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent. Minimum 3-4 years experience in digital marketing preferably in beauty related industry. Required Skill(s): Online Marketing, Sales & Communication, Performance Marketing skill set. Good knowledge in web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics. Good knowledge in SEO practices Able to work independently under minimum supervision. Must be able to work well under stress and good team player. Strong leadership with experience managing a team.
