Digital Marketing (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager) Responsibilities:
Assist to develop, execute & monitor initiatives to increase conversions, revenue & profitability from Google Advertising.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic).
Work closely with internal creative team, content writer, web development team to ensure google ads campaigns are improving visibility and driving conversion goals.
Generate weekly, monthly Ad performance reporting and any analysis report on the campaigns.
Conduct research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Conduct competitive analysis, observe & analyze trends in paid search campaigns to provide insightful & actionable data regularly.
Ongoing account optimization, including the structure and targeting improvement (geo, demographic, audiences, dayparting, keyword & URL), ad copy & creative AB testing, search query mining, keyword expansion, negative keywords & improvement of bid management process.
Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Diploma in marketing or relevant field.
Senior Exec: At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or related field.
Assistant Manager: At least 2 years in digital marketing, preferably with leading experience.
Skilled in SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Analytical skills (Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4/ Web and Trends Analytics / Competitor Analytics).
Google-Certified Individuals preferred.
Up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Analytical, performance-driven, and organized individual.
Detail-oriented and have good time management skills to deliver high quality analysis.
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to start work immediately or at short notice is preferred.
