Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Senior Executive to join our team. The role requires a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook retargeting, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and Xiaohongshu analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Value is added if has attended WZSY training or has applied the relevant knowledge in a previous job.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook (FB) retargeting, Instagram (IG), and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
