Introduction: Stellar Dental MY is a thriving dental clinic in Malaysia with 2 branches that is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Plans and executes all social media, web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns. 2. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. 3. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). 4.Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. 5. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. 6. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests. 7. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. 8. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 9. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. 10. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. 11. Evaluates emerging technologies. 12. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. REQUIREMENT 1. Candidate must possess at least a degree in related field. 2. 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in a similar environment. 3. Creative & Innovative- Always diligent, dedicated, and fully committed 4. Cheerful and positive personality 5. Good command of written and spoken English. 6. Experience in handling marketing communication activities and digital platforms would be an added advantage. 7. Able to work under stress. 8. Work schedule 5 days a week which possibly includes 1 or 2 days in the weekend a month for shooting purposes with 2 branches in Selangor** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
