Responsibilities
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with company\'s brand identity.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, execute and analyse digital marketing campaigns.
Creating consistent, meaning content on all social media platforms including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaign.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Manage social media platform e.g. Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and responsible for social media platform growth.
Conduct market research and analyse social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Plan an organization\'s strategy around marketing, advertising and finding new leads on how to increase followers and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy.
Preparing monthly reports on social media efforts.
Perform ad-hoc duties related to marketing as needed.
Staying up to date on the best practices and emerging trends in social media.
