Here are the responsibilities:
Prior experience
in managing and resolving clients' issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
To
consult
and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1 year journey.
To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the
Sales & Digital Marketing
field.
Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Tiktok ads, or other social media ad platforms.
Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
To organize, update, and maintain records of the client database and progress reports.
To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.
Desired skills & requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any equivalent courses.
Important
- At least
2-5 years of experience
in the digital marketing/ sales/ business/ client engagement field.
To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
