Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. We are hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Capital Electra Team which based in Ipoh. It is a remote based role if you are based outside Ipoh. This role is expected to drive the digital marketing strategies including creating and executing digital marketing campaigns as part of the global go to market strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company\'s overall business objectives. This will include creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, website, and online advertising.
• Content creation: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible to work with graphic designers and create content (newsletter, white papers, blogs, articles, etc.) targeted at campaign personas to optimize the customer journey and deliver the right message at the right time.
• Manage sales process: The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the operation team to ensure that leads are properly qualified, and that the sales process is efficient and effective.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for optimization. They will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
• Stay up to date on industry trends: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and for incorporating these trends into their campaigns.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen and based in Malaysia
• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing or managing and implementing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally across internal and external organizations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of Client Relationship Management
• Highly experienced with office applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and image editing software
