Founded in 2022 and licensed in Malaysia, Philippines, and Hong Kong, RioEx is offering a fundraising platform to retail level investors and companies globally, offering investors the capability to participate in investments round traditionally reserved for venture capital organizations. What You\'ll Be Doing Responsible for the traffic growth of local market, develop new paid ads channels/partners according to the company\'s strategic goals. Help formulate the overall branding strategy of the RioEx platform. Design and implement paid strategies according to the local market landscape and needs. Keep abreast of the user experience of local market, create feedback loop to improve user experience and drive conversion rate continuously. Measure and analyze campaign performance, customer journey and behavior. Objectively determine the ROI of the paid advertising channel and generate reports to showcase the user acquisition performance by various channels. Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities. Key requirements Good experience with Media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry. Experience handling different local markets is a plus. Strong network and resources within the Crypto & Blockchain space. Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing.
