Manage the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including SEM, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns.
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue and improve retention.
Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic and social media impression.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals.
Ensure proper formatting, linking, tagging and metadata entry before publishing website content.
Recommend website improvements to make them more accessible to search engines.
Review, amend and advise use of keywords.
Research and recommend strategies to expand web linking opportunities.
Establish and maintain websites on the first-page position of major search engines and maximise the marketing potential of websites.
Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of search engine optimisation strategies
Social Media Management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 year working experience in the Digital Marketing field is required.
Working experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, project management and ROI-demand marketing campaigns is an advantage.
Knowledge in digital advertising channels is an added advantage (PPC, PPV, Influencer Outreach & Media Buying).
Preferably executives specialising in online marketing or equivalent.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
