\xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate courteously with customers via live chat, social media and update customers on the status of their requests within time frame. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage overall online marketing planning, coordination and execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the 6 pillr social media profile and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Tiktok and Youtube \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages all google activities, including SEO and keyword management, google display network and all other digital marketing activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in digital and social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking, activities and monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimizing contents and technology with different tactical campaign and strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring design and content are aligned with business objectives based on proven data and customer journey
