Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Specialist
1. Marketing Research & Strategy
a. Analyze target audience, market trends, and competitors
b. Define campaign goals, platforms, budget allocation, and funnel strategy.
c. Develop content ideas that fit the target audience and brand positioning.
2. Campaign Creation & Management
a.Set up campaign structures (campaign, ad set, ads).
b. Create ad copy, visuals, or coordinate with the creative team.
c. Ensure tracking setup (Pixel, GTM, GA4, etc.) works properly.
d. Adjust bidding, placement, and targeting.
e. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and formats.
f. Optimize campaigns to achieve high CTR, low CPC, and maximize ROAS.
3. Content
a. Write copy (captions, scripts, CTAs).
b. Create visual content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, etc.).
c. Adapt content formats to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
d. Plan and organize a content calendar.
e. Schedule posts at optimal times.
f. Maintain consistent brand tone and voice.
4. Community Engagement
a. Respond to comments and DMs.
b. Interact with followers to boost engagement.
c. Build and nurture an online community.
5. Analysis & Optimization
a. Track content performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
b. Run A/B testing on content formats and styles.
c. Provide insights to improve future content strategy.
6. Monitoring & Reporting
a. Track daily/weekly ad performance.
b. Generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Any other relevant add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
1Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
2Min 2 years' experience in eCommerce or any relevant field
3Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and etc.
4Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
5Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify issues from data and propose solutions
6Creative thinking, able to propose innovative marketing ideas
7Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
8Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and automation flows.
9Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
