Your new role Develop innovative marketing strategies and directions aimed at increasing sales and sustainable business growth in all the divisions of the Company and/or under the purview of the President\'s office. A heavy focus on managing Digital Marketing strategies as you would be responsible for the ideation and management of all multimedia communication campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, print materials and video productions. Manage the company\'s online presence and all digital marketing initiatives, including website contents, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and all social media advertising and promotions. Regularly conduct relevant market research and survey to maintain brand awareness and to analyze and provide actionable recommendations towards improvement of brand presence with all stakeholders and in social media and online traffic. Design, develop and oversee the publication of catalogues, leaflets, brochures and all other marketing/sales printed materials related to the promotion of the commercial divisions What you\'ll need to succeed Ability to function in a high paced results-oriented environment. Track record of problem solving and solid decision-making abilities Proven track record in managerial, leadership and communication skills Ability to adapt to changes in work responsibilities and environment.
