About the role

To partner with the Corporate Affairs team, through value adding activities, in order to make it easier for them to carry out their core duties, while at all times enabling them to maintain, protect and enhance Kerry\'s reputation.

Key responsibilities

External Media

• Carryout daily (7 days a week) media monitoring globally, reporting any potential crisis alerts to the team as they occur. (20/7: follow the sun model*).
• Collate and distribute a media report of the current news for Kerry, our competitors, and other relevant industries, to executives and senior communications professionals within the business. (weekdays only)
• Ad hoc reporting when required for potential crisis issues, company announcements, M&A, financial results etc.
• Monthly and quarterly analysis on media coverage globally or by region/ function/campaign as requested.
• Training and maintenance of social listening tools such as Meltwater and Brandwatch. Including query writing through Boolean, dashboard maintenance, connecting with and building relationships with customer support and account managers.
• Analysis and reporting work for Kerry brand from channels such as Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Possible language requirement for query writing and reporting in regions*

• Ownership of the planning and publishing of stories for our global Kerry intranet MyKerry, as well as our MyKerry News Workplace page.
• Regular meetings with key internal communications stakeholders for planning of content.
• Maintenance of internal content calendar including archiving via power apps and power BI report connection for analytics.
• Creation and distribution of emails through our publishing and measurement platform Poppulo, including the weekly \xe2\x80\x9cWeek in Review\xe2\x80\x9d email sent to all wired employees as a news wrap up each week, as well as ad hoc requests from the business.
• Poppulo support for regions and functions for queries such as creation of event invites, training or creating distribution lists/searches.
• Act as point of contact between Poppulo support team & regions/ functions.
• Workplace Admin role, exporting data for analysis and supporting other users on the platform when required.
• Workplace analytics through Power BI to measure the performance and success of Workplace across the company, including unwired employees.
• Supporting on some live events through a moderator role.
• Digital signage*

• Implementation and Design of SharePoint sites for Internal use only. Such as: Kerry Commercial Academy, Develop your Sales Career, Develop your Marketing Career, The Strategy Hub, Annual Report, Kerry Leadership Forum.
• Some design of imaginary for Workplace, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Design of toolkits for: banners, table sets, screen wallpapers and digital signage and brochures, often on a tight deadline.
• Editing of video clips for internal communications.

• Qualifications in Business studies/PR/Marketing and Communications
• High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry\'s most widely spoken language
• Able to work on a 12 month contract
