Nokia Cloud Network Services (CNS) Asia Pacific Global Business Center is seeking a senior pre-sales professional with OSS expertise to drive Nokia Digital Operations business across Asia Pacific market. The OSS expertise is required across service orchestration, fulfilment, inventory, assurance, closed loop automation and SMO along with TM Forum Autonomous Operations Framework and related capabilities.
The job position is to be filled as a local hiring in Asia Pacific region and in a country from where travel across the region can be easily managed, such as Malaysia.
This is a single contributor role, with overall business accountability and ownership across the different market units part of APAC region.
Responsibilities:
The position has the following core responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Operations go to market & strategy in alignment with local presales leaders
  • Develop and drive selected opportunities across the region together with the local market presales leaders and their respective OSS presales resources.
  • Bring and maintain subject matter expertise on Nokia Digital Operations portfolio on behalf of Product Unit
  • As part of opportunity development, support discussions to address gaps (technical, business case, etc) and define path forward with bid team and Product Line
  • Lead customer engagement in alignment with local team, understanding customers' business pain points and defining path forward for Nokia solution
  • Influence key customer stakeholders up to C level - selected engagements, industry events etc.
  • Assess areas of improvement to drive business impact across the region (level of expertise within local presales teams, services costs, cross portfolio initiatives, etc.)
  • Contribute to account planning and business reviews to drive business across the region
  • Report business status/review to Product Line on monthly basis
  • Regular travel across the region.
Qualifications:
You have:
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in OSS Fulfilment, Orchestration & Assurance software (pre-sales or consulting role is an advantage).
  • Technical knowledge on OSS aforementioned capabilities as well as Cloud, Fixed & Wireless Networks, Telecom standards (TM Forum, ETSI ZSM etc.), Telecom Protocols.
  • Tertiary education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of CNS Digital Operations portfolio is an advantage.
