Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management

- Manage and oversee key strategic accounts, ensuring client needs and concerns are addressed efficiently. Deliver consultative support to drive business growth.

Customer Satisfaction Enhancement

- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring service quality, optimizing project plans, and maintaining consistent communication to strengthen client satisfaction.

Issue Resolution & Project Support

- Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve project challenges, providing practical solutions to enhance product operations.

Pre-Sales & Sales Support

- Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by supporting Proof of Concept (POC) projects, ensuring smooth execution and positive client outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. Exceptional candidates may be considered regardless of major. 3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or the IT industry is preferred. Strong sense of accountability, proactive mindset, team spirit, and a drive for excellence with a positive attitude. Fast learner with a foundational understanding of networks and websites. Linux skills are an added advantage. Familiarity with network analysis tools, website optimization, and shell scripting is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding client service and foster effective cross-departmental collaboration. Proven capability in breaking down project objectives, managing processes, and ensuring successful implementation.
