Job Description


You are responsible for leading a team, developing and implementing digital strategies, managing client accounts, and driving performance across multiple digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of digital marketing/ performance specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive performance across various digital channels.
  • Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize digital campaigns accordingly.
  • Utilize digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising) to create, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee website optimization efforts, including SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to provide strategic recommendations and innovative solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights to communicate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Able to speak and understand in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and manage client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving performance goals and exceeding client expectations.
