Determine and define project scope and objectives2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner3. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution6. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed7. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.8. Operational role without involvement in project budgeting and cost management.9.
