Role Description This is a full-time for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, creating web content, analyzing web analytics, and communicating with clients. Manage digital advertising, social media campaigns, and online advocacy. Develop and execute comprehensive all-media marketing strategies to achieve desire goals Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to marketing strategies and collaterals. Ensure timely delivery of tactics aligned with strategies. Analyze performance metrics, stay updated on industry trends, and optimize marketing spending for maximum ROI. Assist the planning team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEM, Social Media, Video & Display) Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagements and conversions. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Prepare weekly & Monthly digital reports & reviews with Insights & recommendations Have planned & executed campaigns on all the leading Media platforms e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok & Twitter. Delivered exceptional results for client basis on their objectives Involved in campaign planning from Audience simulation, channel selection, execution, optimization & reporting Strong understanding of YouTube reach planner & Meta campaign planner from a planning standpoint Have worked on digital tools like Similarweb, Google Analytics or any other media tracking tool Manages our client\'s social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces Qualification & Skills Required: Required minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields. Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field. Experience in writing engaging ad copy. Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team. Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent time and project management skills Strategic thinker and self-starter, specifically in identifying innovative partnerships Ability to effectively communicate results and insights to team and management Creative design skill Able to work independently with minimal supervision
