Edelman Malaysia is seeking an exceptional, confident freelance digital manager who is responsible for managing overall account team performance as it relates to client service and quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business to join our Digital team. What you will be doing:
Independent management of 2-3 key clients with a focus on overall scope delivery, quality and operational performance, budgeting and profitability, deadline adherence, reaction to industry trends, and ensuring plans map back to client objectives against the maxim of on-time, on brief, and on budget.
Leading research, strategy, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 across social media, website, email marketing, analytics, paid media, SEO, and SEM.
Applying an understanding of creative platforms, analytics, social listening, web crawls, paid amplification, paid data, reporting, and mobile applications.
Spearheading pitches \xe2\x80\x93 overseeing end-to-end from deck planning, execution, pitch strategy, and budgeting to client presentation.
Supporting the performance marketing team with paid media oversight and client consultation, with the ability to react and optimize media spend according to the data.
Demonstrating an understanding of integrated communications marketing and managing integrated projects with a focus on digitizing the transformation of projects through digital.
Driving an audience-first and data-driven approach to managing creative output for digital platforms, in collaboration with the creative team.
Leading and upskill junior executives on digital skills.
Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and the latest innovations.
What is required of you:
At least five years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including digital campaign management, integrated campaign management, digital media, digital consulting, etc.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels with the ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
Experience running paid media campaigns from start to finish, reacting and optimizing during campaigns, providing ongoing consultation through concise and insightful reporting.
Experience in growing and maintaining social communities and developing content on social platforms.
