We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to manage digital leads, drive online conversions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience handling customers across multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from digital channels (website, social media, email, chat, marketplaces).
Convert online inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products/services.
Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and company website.
Handle customer communication through chat, email, and social platforms.
Track and report online sales performance, leads, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with marketing teams to run online promotions, campaigns, and ads.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
Maintain an organized database of online customers and prospects.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.
Working Location: Kg Baru Sg Buloh
Working Hour: Monday - Saturday 11am-7.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
