Responsible for customers\' order processing, to ensure customer request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolve on time.
Monitor progress of sales order to ensure timely delivery.
Ensuring the adequacy of sales - related equipment or material.
Ensuring consistent provision of excellent customer service, including giving after sales support and build rapport with customers.
Responsible to key in invoices through mobile app after working hours for urgent delivery.
Managing the corporate social media pages, websites and drive digital & social media campaigns to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Oversee all development and implementation in the area of marketing communication activities including media relations, print and electronic publications, event management, market development and client acquisition.
Writing and editing copy for inbound marketing purposes (emails and e-newsletters) and communications about company products, events, industry news, etc
Requirement:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
Strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Office.
Experience in using ERP System for ordering process is an added advantage.
Candidates who are able to converse in Mandarin language have added advantages due to the existing pool of Mandarin speaking customers.
