Position: Digital Social Media Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Subang Jaya SS15

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy professional to join our growing team as a Digital Sales & Marketing Executive. This role combines creativity and commercial thinking, focusing on generating leads, closing sales, and growing brand presence through digital channels. You'll work closely with our product, sales, and content teams to drive business results in the training and development industry.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.) to generate quality leads

Create compelling marketing content and visuals for online platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters

Manage and grow the company's online presence and brand reputation

Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies

Conduct follow-ups with digital leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to convert them into sales

Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)

Research market trends and competitor activity to improve campaign effectiveness

Support sales activities and promotions for training programs and events

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or sales is preferred

Familiar with social media ads, email marketing platforms, and content scheduling tools

Strong written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Melayu and English

Creative, analytical, and results-driven

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong interest in career development, training, or B2B services

Able to commit to office hours and respond to leads promptly
