  • Searching & securing brand athletes for brand
  • Ensuring that our athletes follow from brand direction and communication.
  • Establishing athletes as brand ambassadors for popular, relevant brands.
  • Always provide the right direction/ communication both brand and product to athletes.
  • KOL is a part to searching and securing for brand.
  • Providing marketing advice to athletes, influencers and KOLs
  • Seeding program and update look for athletes and KOL.
  • Always connect with runners and running community in your country
  • Researching marketing trends and innovations.
  • Using analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with brand representatives.
  • Athletes and seeding budget control.
\xc2\xb7 Offline marketing research and create an offline marketing plan and execution or connect to agency or vendor support execution plan. \xc2\xb7 Offline detail and activity support (Billboard, poster, activation on ground). \xc2\xb7 Report & result/ analysis through SM MY lens. \xc2\xb7 Always alignment and report to Brand Mgr/ direct report & TH country. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and control Digital budget align with marketing team member in order to spend affordable cost for brand and related brand. \xc2\xb7 Create and update new online and offline strategies to the team. \xc2\xb7 Create brand content related with brand story or products whenever new launch, provide content\xe2\x80\x99s direction to all partners (athletes, KOLs, influencers and medias), team communication and all contents must in the trend and always update. \xc2\xb7 Converting number of people in online channel to sale, footfall, or action in offline. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring consumers voice and do summary reporting to the team. \xc2\xb7 Connecting influencer and media for seeding product. \xc2\xb7 Competitive review: collecting and summarizing data of competitor\xe2\x80\x99s review and promotion on digital channel (every month) \xc2\xb7 Tracking back monthly on performance statistics for digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity. \xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with dynamic trends or upcoming social influencers (bloggers, KOLs, medias, etc) and approaches to develop brand communication strategy. \xc2\xb7 Preparation and review of the legal documents and contracts signed with the various sports authorities. \xc2\xb7 Can be work for promote on PR. content or any social media in order to benefit back to the brand awareness and media rather than competitive market. \xc2\xb7 Strong organize and recommend sport event to push up activity with professional athletes in order to benefit of brand. \xc2\xb7 Up to date of sport trend or new product recommend for trend to management and brand. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with management/marketing team to develop marketing campaign and strategy in order to reach business goal and control the digital budget. \xc2\xb7 Support Brand Marketing Manager/ TH HQ, to work scope of plan and brand activation. \xc2\xb7 Always alignment and report to Brand Mgr/ direct report & TH country JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Retail.
  • 3 year(s) and above of working experience in the digital marketing field.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
  • Creative with strong fashion sense.
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the sporting industry.
