Job Description

• Knowledge in online and digital banking systems
• Serves as liaison between business partners and IT department to provides support for digital banking related issues
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions
• Assist with the review, analysis and creation of documentation
• Assist in production deployment planning which includes testing and readiness for production
• Basic knowledge in MS Access, SQL statements and knowledge of MSSQL databases
• Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related fields
• Possess 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in IT related fields
• Has direct client facing experience with Small Medium Enterprises
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport with team members and external collaborative parties
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; with ability to interface and influence at all levels within and outside the organisation
• High energy, organised, highly adaptable, self-learning initiative and independent
• Must have a creative mind and has demonstrated the "ability to think out of a box"
• Detailed oriented and strategic thinking skills
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical mind and problem-solving skill
