• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT, Computer Science or any relevant field.
• Proven 5 years of working experience in digital transformation, project management and in leading cross-functional teams.
• Preferably relevant working experience in Fintech or Agritechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills.
• Fluent In English and Malay.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital innovations across all departments.
• Set up and lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of digital projects.
• Manage the digital project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful integration of digital technologies.
• Serve as a change agent, motivating and leading staff through the digital transformation process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and responsibility within the organization.
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, clearly conveying digital transformation goals, processes, and outcomes.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, making data-driven decisions to guide future digital strategies.
• Stay updated of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive the organization forward.
• Identify new business opportunities and capture sales through strategic digital initiatives and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to integrate digital technologies that enhance customer engagement and increase revenue streams.
• Develop and implement digital sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
