We see education as a global force for good and our mission is to enhance outcomes for all learners.A brief description of the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated recent Computer Science graduate (1-2 years out of university) to join our team as a Junior Digital Transformation Specialist. This role combines IT support responsibilities with active participation in our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a rising star eager to build their career with us, bringing fresh perspectives and technical expertise to drive innovation across our organization.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing: (key responsibilities)

• Provide efficient IT support to UK and global staff as part of your broader role
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy
• Assist in the management and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and associated services
• Participate in the development of custom solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Intune, Defender)
• Collaborate on WordPress website design, development, and support
• Work closely with the Group Head of ICT & Digital Transformation to champion effective use of internal systems and proactively develop functionality
• Assist in researching and implementing AI-based solutions
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve our digital infrastructure and processes

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and technologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Basic experience with Office 365 environments, including user management, SharePoint, Email, and Teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to business challenges
• Passion for driving improvement and enhancing the way our staff work

• Experience with data analytics or machine learning projects
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
