You will be supporting a global and diverse user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working model. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.To be successful in this role you will be:Maintaining & Assessing Corporate Compliance in reducing potential risksAdminister and assign/deactivate software licenses for end-usersAccount for licenses, maintaining related documentationManage End user licensing and licensing issuesTracking monthly compliance reporting and mitigate any non-compliancesTracking contract renewal dates and support renewal processesSupport leadership responsible to coordinate Digital Workplace and IdentitySupport Enterprise Architecture team in Identity related topicsUpdate logs, prepare reports and submit to managementWhat you will have:Related educational background with experience working in MNC is an advantageMicrosoft Active Directory or Azure Active Directory certifications is requiredKnowledge of software licensing principles, and differences for different countriesExperience in troubleshooting identity problems, both at the global organizational and technical levels with proven background in Identity and Access ManagementExperience with service administration portals for assigning licenses and monitoring installed softwareExperience with Privilege Access Management is a plusExcellent stakeholder engagement and management skills with strong customer and business focusFamiliar with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocolsKnowledge in licensing of major vendors (Microsoft, Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, etc...)Experience in supporting auditing from vendorsOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
