You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring Corporate Compliance is observed according to set frameworkMitigating Potential Risks by ensuring proper user access and verified identitySupport and coordinate Digital Workplace and Identity initiativesCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture team in Identity related topicsAccounting for licenses, maintaining related documentationEnd user licensing and elimination of licensing problemsTrack monthly compliance reporting and mitigate any non-compliancesAdminister the assignment and deactivation of software licenses for individualsTracking contract renewal dates and support renewal processesUpdate logs, prepare reports and submit to managementUser Profile ManagementB2C Integration Skills are a plusMaintain Security and ComplianceTo be successful in this role you will have:Relevant degree with a min. 3 years hands on experience in Identity Access ManagementExposure to working within a Shared Services/Global Business Services will be added advantageWorking knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, MS Office, ITIL, Service Now, Confluence and JiraExposed to working with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocolsManaging user profiles, authentication, and authorizationExperience in troubleshooting identity problems, both at the global organizational and technical levelsExperience in end-to-end troubleshooting of authentication and authorizationKnowledge of software licensing principles, and differences for different countriesKnowledge of compliance reportingExcellent stakeholder engagement and management skillsStrong Customer and Business focusOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
