Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Digitalization Consultant The Digitalization Consultant will provide guidance on how to leverage digital technologies to improve business and IT processes and their outcomes. Proper carried out AI & digitalization projects in line with the overall digitalization strategy. Your Responsibilities Digitalization strategy: Improving our digitalization strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives. This includes identifying areas of the business that can benefit from digitalization, assessing the current state of digitalization within the organization, and creating a roadmap for digital transformation Digitalization consulting: Providing expert advice to business leaders based on high-level data analysis. This includes collaborating with leaders across departments on a business-wide scale to identify opportunities for digital transformation, and providing guidance on how to leverage digital technologies to improve business processes and outcomes Project management: Initiate, plan, monitor and control business and IT projects via effective project management. Select and tailor relevant and necessary project management processes, methods and tools and derive project management best practices Stakeholder management: Align and work with stakeholders as customers, internal IT organization, external partners to meet project implementation targets and milestones. Lead project meetings with stakeholders or management and facilitate decision making processes by preparing facts accordingly Summary of Position: The Digitalization Consultant will provide guidance on how to leverage digital technologies to improve business and IT processes and their outcomes The ideal candidate should have knowledge, experience, and interest in consulting stakeholders in terms of digitalization The candidate should also be able to manage the overall coordination of business and IT projects based on project management process and standards. This includes setting project scope, priorities, milestones, deadlines, and deliverable schedules, ensuring completion of projects in time, budget, and defined quality with respect to available resources Additionally, this position involves managing international project teams and stakeholders, actively managing project risks, and facilitating discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders such as customers and IT experts Your Profile Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field, such as, smart automation, smart production and management, computer science, software engineering, automation, electrical & electronics engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in simlar position & 2 years of experience in project management Foundation level experience and interest in IT, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
