In this role, you will help maintain and enhance our procurement processes while coordinating with the procurement team and cross-functional departments.If you are organized, accurate, and proactive with a high level of responsibility, we look forward to receiving your application.Responsibilities
-Create and update contracts, info records & source lists in SAP
-Solve invoice deviations and define strategies to prevent them from happening again
-Work on projects to automate non-value-added tasks
-Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Network and train planners and suppliers to exchange documents electronically
-Run Procurement Reports & AnalyticsRequired skills and experience
-Strong proficiency in English
-1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement (Fresh graduates are also welcome )
-Excellent computer skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracyQualifications
-Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is an added advantageWe offer
