Principal Duties And Responsibilities :

  • To bring industry knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Automotive/Industrial Industry to deliver business value.
  • To work with leading Automotive and Industrial clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate Platforms solutions to meet changing business challenges
  • Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies
Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Assess current distribution/ go-to-market channels, channel partner performance, market trends, consumer preferences and identify areas to add value
  • Run design thinking workshop with key client stakeholders and design solution themes
  • Evaluate internal capabilities on manpower, processes and systems maturity towards achieving program objective
  • Assess insource v/s outsource decisions, evaluate vendor proficiency and onboard; manage vendor integration and deliverables on the program
  • Demonstrate techno-functional skills to support technology implementation as required
  • Manage client and internal stakeholders while assuming delivery leadership; assess opportunities to further add value to the client and support new business origination
  • Assess & articulate value that can be unlocked by the project and lead delivery to ensure value realization
  • Proficient in at-least one of the key capabilities or growth themes for automotive industry within the firm and lead/ support development of thought articles, assets and PoVs drive demand generation
  • Lead integration and collaboration within assigned geographies/ markets
Qualifications

Experience:

Industry Expertise in Auto and Industrial around functions such as
  • Sales and Distribution channels for automotive OEMs and automotive suppliers/ ancillaries and their ways of working
  • Terms of engagement (commercial, tactical, etc) with channel partners
  • Customer journey across sales and aftersales value chains/ functions
  • Channel partner business operations and key drivers of profitability
  • ERP, CRM and other information systems used across channel partners and OEMs
  • e-Commerce, digital and omnichannel business drivers, D2C sales, agency sales model
  • Digital transformation & Customer Experience transformation across touch points
  • Analytics and data-led transformation to drive business efficiency
  • Sales innovation and Automotive sales organization Transformation
  • Experience with project related to connected cars, mobility concepts, sales channels, and digitalization of the value chain
  • Dealer coaching, training
Industry Expertise in Auto and Industrial in one/more functions such as
  • Warranty
  • Sales and After Sales processes
  • Spare Parts
  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Dealership/ Channel Partner operations
  • Production and Logistics
Key Competencies and Skills:
  • Value Architect: Assess Value Potential of a transformation program and ability to architect the value proposal
  • To harness Automotive/Industrial knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods like Value Realization (VRO), Business Case Development, Global Business Services (GBS)
  • Process Transformation: Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status.
  • Deep knowledge in Auto Industrial Equipment etc.
  • Effectively planning and coordinating projects in a dynamic environment with stakeholder and execute on-time
  • Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
Language Skills:

Japanese language expert, JLPT N3 Certified (Not mandatory, but nice to have)
