Responsibilities:



Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and document handling. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items. Manage the Director's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements. Serve as a communication bridge between the Director and internal departments/external partners. Handle the Director's emails, calls, and correspondence to ensure timely responses. Assist in drafting business correspondence, reports, and presentations (in Chinese and English). Monitor progress on tasks assigned by the Director to ensure timely completion. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and resolve operational issues. Collect and organize business data to support the Director in decision-making. Prepare regular operational reports and performance analyses. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and Malaysian legal requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a relevant role (corporate secretarial experience is a plus). Proficiency in Cantonese, Chinese, and English (both written and spoken). Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. High sense of responsibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility to work occasional overtime for urgent tasks.
