RESPONSIBILITIES Within Technology, Transformation and Operations (TTO), SC has established a world class 1st line Information and Cyber Security (\'ICS\') capability to support the Business, Function and Markets to deliver their strategy and continuously improve ICS posture against ever evolving threats. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and ICS COO (Chief Operation Officer) are responsible for providing updates on SC commitments on ICS to internal and external stakeholders in key forums which include SC Board, Risk Committees, Management Committees, and meetings with Regulators across SC footprint. The director role will report to the Head of ICS Committees with the primary focus on providing C-Level, Board and Regulatory inputs and updates on the ICS book of work, the evolving threat landscape and addressing concerns raised by internal and external stakeholders through diverse artefacts in a timely and accurate manner. The role includes researching, gathering information and presenting the information in a balanced manner. The individual must engage and develop a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, identify, solve and/or execute on \'Big Rocks\' initiatives. Strategy Continuously improve on artefacts production and increase value-add to internal and external stakeholders Become and maintain a \'Trusted\' team with ICS and TTO Management Team and beyond. Produce quality work and curate all materials (except communication) that are produced within ICS for reporting and update purposes. Business Prepare artefacts for C-Level, Board and Regulatory inputs and updates in a timely and accurate manner. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. Identify, solve and/or execute on \'Big Rocks\' initiatives with high-quality. Escalate appropriately to ensure necessary decisions are made in a timely manner. Processes Maintain and update all reporting commitments to ensure timely reviews with MTs and submissions. Simplify and enhance current processes to enable integration of additional scope. People and Talent Contribute to problem solving skills, such as utilising A3s within projects by supporting development initiatives. Stay connected with broader ICS team\'s people agenda and development approaches. Risk Management Closely track timeline and content commitments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Escalate appropriately to ensure necessary decisions are made in a timely manner. Governance Provide timely and accurate reporting to appropriate stakeholders. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the team scorecard to showcase value-driven service to ICS other stakeholders. Ensure appropriate oversight and facilitate resolution of high impact risk and issues, with regular report to management and key stakeholders as required. Partner with senior leaders to ensure enablement deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
