As Neutrovis continues to expand regionally focusing on high-quality FMCG products and solutions to provide superior protection for every ASEAN household and beyond, we are now looking for a strategic Finance business partner to not only look at day to day finance operations, also to look into all commercial finance aspects as the company aspires to expand into SEA market. To champion & spearhead: Financial planning and forecast accuracy, working capital control, business performance (top line, costs and P&L), forex changes among different SEA markets. Manage departmental OPEX and costs according to quarterly & annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources as the company is expanding regionally. Oversee SEA annual target setting process within all product\'s Business Units. Support commercial team internally on contractual negotiations, client/customer profitability analysis, cashflow tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs. Analyze and review both brand & product on each Business Unit\'s key financial items such as advertising and promotion spend, trade spend, working capital utilization and cost development. Participate and drive Neutrovis continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Business Unit controlling processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through the internal ERP system. Managing finance operations, full set of accounts, in order to be submissive and compliant in taxation & audit for the organization. Criteria: Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline Past experience of 8 to 10 years in FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry would be the sole requirement of this role Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the FMCG business and industry. Past team management experience with a size of 7-10 subordinates would be ideal Proven hands-on experience in ERP/accounting applications and Power BI would be an advantage. Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
