Leads in the development and implementation of the corporate roadmap and reporting framework, annual business strategies and plans, through the strategic review of value drivers to enable the Group\'s businesses to achieve strategic results, business priorities and objectives.
Responsible for development, maintenance and oversight of corporate portfolio and advise the CEO on the Company\'s investment policy/framework and investment reporting to ensure that corporate portfolio is well structured to align with the Group\'s Corporate Strategy, while optimizing returns and controlling risk.
Formulate long-term strategy of the Group and align the annual business plans and priorities of the business units of the Group to the long-term strategy.
Facilitate effective communication between Senior Management and investors, covering various aspects such as strategy, business plans, budgets, and quarterly results through both verbal and written means.
Create and maintain press releases, presentations and other communication documents of organization-related, earnings-related events and strategies for stakeholders such as brokers, analysts and institutional investors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Management, Finance or Legal (preferred). Degrees in other field can be considered.
Minimum 13 years of related working experience in which 10 years in leadership capacity).
Financial acumen and has experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
